Upcoming classes

Our summer class schedule is wrapping up, and we're still in the planning stages for future classes. When new classes are scheduled and open for enrollment, we'll be posting them here - to be notified of future classes and stay in touch about all things Be Dog Happy, use the button below.

Does your dog…

  • Think a tennis ball is the coolest thing ever?
  • Run & play fetch until your arm loses all feeling?
  • Have more energy than a 2 year old on a sugar high?
  • Like to hang out with other dogs?

You may be the proud owner of a flyball dog!!

Flyball is a fast-paced, canine relay race in which teams of dogs take turns jumping hurdles and retrieving a tennis ball. But there’s a twist! To get the tennis ball, each dog must pounce on a spring loaded box that ejects the ball and, once the dog has the ball, must return to his team before the next dog can start their run.

It takes months to properly train a flyball dog, and this six-week beginner class will cover the foundations to get started.

This six-week class covers:

  • Flyball game basics
  • Introduction to targeting
  • Recall drills
  • Increasing ball drive
  • Jump work
  • Focus work
