Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be in new condition (not worn or washed).
• All merchandise must be received by Be Dog Happy before an exchange or refund can be made. We will attempt to process your request as quickly as possible but please allow three to four weeks from the time we receive the merchandise.

To make a return or exchange

Please email Be Dog Happy in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed without an RMA.
